脑积水证候要素与靶位的分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑积水证候要素与靶位,为该病的证候规范化提供依据。方法:检索1911年至今有关脑积水的文献,从中提取证候要素与证素靶位,采用SAS 9.0进行频数分析,典型相关分析,采用数据挖掘工具SPSS clementine 11.1进行关联规则分析。结果:得出17个证候要素与11个证候要素靶位,典型相关分析得出5对综合变量能反映原两组变量的信息,关联规则分析中瘀、水、脑之间的关联获得了最高置信度为70。结论:水瘀互结、肾虚(包括肾精亏虚,阳虚不足,阴虚)是脑积水主要证候,另外脾虚水泛、痰瘀阻络、阴虚肝亢、热毒壅滞在脑积水证候中也占有一定的比重。Objective：To investigate the syndrome elements and affecting targets of hydrocephalus,and provide a basis for standardization of the disease syndromes.Methods：Through searching literatures on hydrocephalus since 1911,we extract syndrome elements and affecting targets,adopting SAS9.0 for frequency analysis and canonical correlation analysis,adopting data mining tools SPSS clementine 11.1 for analysis of association rules.Results：Obtained 17 syndrome elements and 11 affecting targets,canonical correlation analysis derived five pairs of aggregative variables can reflect information of the original two variables,association rules analysis derived the association of stasis,water and brain and obtained the highest degree of confidence for 70.Conclusion：Water retention obstructing the collaterals,kidney deficiency（including the deficiency of kidney essence,yang deficiency and yin deficiency） are the core syndromes of hydrocephalus,and edema due to spleen deficiency,phlegm stasis obstructing the collaterals,yin deficiency due to liver-yang flaming,heat toxin accumulation also occupy a certain proportion in the syndromes of hydrocephalus.
