补骨脂水煎液透过妊娠大鼠胎盘屏障的药物成分研究

摘　　要：目的:研究补骨脂水煎液透过不同孕期大鼠胎盘屏障的药物成分。方法:按2.7g/kg给予Wistar大鼠补骨脂水煎液,早、中、晚孕期连续给药5d,末次给药后12h取血及胚胎组织,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,对各生物样品所含药物成分进行分析。结果:各孕期大鼠血浆及孕早、晚期胚胎组织中均检测到补骨脂苷、异补骨脂苷、补骨脂素,异补骨脂素;孕中期胚胎组织中检测到补骨脂素和异补骨脂素。结论:补骨脂水煎液的主要药物成分均透过了胎盘屏障,孕期应用时应关注其对胚胎的影响。Objective：To study the ingredients in decoction of Psoralea corylifolia L.through placental barrier of rats at different stages of pregnancy by HPLC.Methods：The pregnant rats were administered decoction of Psoralea corylifolia L.（2.7g/kg） for 5 days at different stages of pregnancy,including first,second and third trimester.Plasma and embryonic tissues were obtained after 12h of the final administration.The componds in biological specimen were identified by HPLC.Results：Psoralenoside,isopsoralenoside,psoralen,isopsoralen were detected in plasma and the first and third trimester embryonic tissues.At the second trimester of pregnancy,psoralen and isopsoralen were detected in the embryonic tissues.Conclusion：Psoralenoside,isopsoralenoside,psoralen,isopsoralen could be transported through placental barrier.It suggested we should pay more attention on the safety using Psoralea corylifolia L.in pregnancy.
