中药玉夏胶囊对肾性高血压大鼠的降压作用

摘　　要：目的:制备中药玉夏胶囊,研究对肾血管性高血压大鼠血压的影响并初步探讨作用机制。方法:复制两肾一夹(2-KIC)肾血管性高血压大鼠模型,取造模成功的大鼠随机分组,检测大鼠血压和体质量,血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、尿素、肌酐、尿酸、谷丙转氨酶和谷草转氨酶指标。结果:中药玉夏稳压胶囊和尼群地平阳性组给药1-4周,血压明显降低(P<0.01),0.2g/kg组给药1周血压下降(P<0.05),给药2-4周血压明显下降(P<0.01);中药玉夏胶囊0.6g/kg组给药3-4周,其降压作用较尼群地平组强(P<0.05)。结论:中药玉夏胶囊能明显降低肾血管性高血压大鼠的血压,其降压效果0.6g/kg剂量组略强于尼群地平,对血脂、肾功能和尿酸无明显影响。Object：To investigate the effect of Yuxia capsule on renovascular hypertensive rats（RHR） and explore the mechanism.Methods：RHR（SBP160mmHg） was reproduced by two-kindey and one-clip（2k1c） way.The successful model RHR were randomly divided into different groups.Blood presure,body weight,plasma total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,urea nitrogen creatinine,uric acid,alanine amino transferase and glutamic oxalacetic transaminase were monitored by conventional measurement.Results：After Yu-Xia Capsule and nitrendipine were administered for 1-4 weeks,blood pressure decreased significantly（P0.01）;In the Yuxia capsule group,a dose of 0.2g/kg were administered for 1 week,blood pressure reduced obviously（P0.05）,after administered for 2-4 weeks blood pressure reduced significantly（P0.01）;while a dose of Yu Xia Capsule（0.6g/kg） were administered for 3-4 weeks,the blood pressure lowering effect was better than nitrendipine.Conclusion：Yuxia capsule can significantly decrease RHR＇s blood pressure,the blood pressure lowering effect at the dose of 0.6g/kg is better than nitrendipine,while it have no adverse effects on lipid,renal function and uric acid.
