从温病论治病毒性心肌炎

摘　　要：病毒性心肌炎是由于病毒侵犯心脏,引起心肌细胞坏死和心肌间质炎性改变的一种疾病。文章依据中医温病理论,阐述了病毒性心肌炎发病是由于风温之邪侵犯人体所致,正气抗邪有力时,邪可从表而解;如感邪重而邪热转内,则引起肺气大伤,日久耗伤心气营阴。治疗从温病卫气营血辨证和三焦辨证理论出发,辨证论治。Viral myocarditis is due to the virus,causing myocardial cell infringing cardiac necrosis and myocardial interstitial inflammatory change of a kind of disease.Based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine WenBing,the passage expounds that the viral myocarditis is due to the pathogenesis of the temperature of the evil attack the body,if the auror is sthong,evil will be eliminate from the surface.If the body is feeling evil serious,the evilheat will transfer inside and cause pulmonary gashurts,even consump sad qi camp Yin by long days.The treatment of the disease should from WenBing WeiQi and ying blood syndrome differentiation and Tri-jiao theory and TDS.
