“治未病”思想在防治结直肠癌术后复发与转移中的运用

摘　　要：文章以中医治未病理论中的"既病防变"的思想防治结直肠癌术后复发与转移,针对术后存在正虚、癌毒蛰伏、湿瘀病理环境,分别治以补脾益肾养正除邪,搜剔逐邪抗癌致邪去正安,祛湿化瘀使癌毒无所稽留;同时,因癌毒易袭肝肺,故先安未受邪之二脏,防患于未然。The thought of preventing the progress of disease of preventive treatment of disease is applied to prevent and treat recurrence and metastasis of postoperative colorectal cancer in this article.Aiming directly at asthenia of healthy energy after operation,hibernating of cancer toxin,the pathologic environment of dampness and stagnant blood,invigorating spleen and kidney is to educate vital qi and eliminate pathogenic qi,seeking cancer toxin is to achieve the objective of removing evil and recoveringhealthy state,dispelling dampness and resolving stasis is to keep cancer toxin not to remain respectively;Because of liver and lung easily invaded by cancer toxin simultaneously,stabilizing two zangs is not suffered from pathogenic qi beforehand to provide against possible trouble.
