单味中药治疗肾小管间质损害的运用

摘　　要：各种原因引起的肾小球疾病常常伴随肾小管间质损害,肾小管间质损害是决定10年肾脏存活率的最重要影响因素,其影响程度远较肾小球病变为重要。目前大量临床和实验研究表明在各种原发性、继发性肾小球疾病中,肾小管间质损害是导致慢性肾功能衰竭的主要原因。在其治疗方面中医中药有其独到的方面,很多实验发现一些单味中药具有保护肾功能,防止肾小管间质损害和纤维化,就此做一个总结。The various causes of glomerular disease is often associated with tubulointerstitial injury,tubulointerstitial damage is to determine the 10-year kidney survival rate of the most important factor,its influence important than glomerular lesions.Currently a large number of clinical and experimental studies indicate that a variety of primary,secondary glomerular diseases,tubulointerstitial damage was caused mainly chronic renal failure.In its treatment of Chinese medicine has its unique,many experiments have found that some single herb protect renal function,prevention of tubulointerstitial damage and fibrosis,thus doing a summary.
