红花酒精按摩联合气垫床翻身预防危重患者压疮的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨危重患者应用50%红花酒精按摩联合三马气垫床翻身的护理效果。方法将120例危重患者按入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和实验组各60例。对照组采用普通床,定时给患者翻身,实验组采用50%红花酒精按摩联合三马气垫床翻身,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果对照组压疮发生率为21.66%,实验组压疮发生率为3.33%。2组压疮发生情况比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论应用50%红花酒精按摩联合三马气垫床翻身能有效预防危重患者压疮的发生,减轻护理人员工作量,减少患者的痛苦与费用,从而提高患者的生活质量。Objective：To probe into the curative effect of using 50% red alcohol with Sanma air bed and turning interval to treat critical patients with pressure sore.Methods：A total of 120 critical patients with pressure sore were timely in hospital divided into two groups,and each group has 60 patients.the control group using ordinary bed with turning interval,the experimental group using 50% red alcohol with Sanma air bed and turning interval.Then we can observe the nursing care outcomes of patients with pressure sore between both groups.Results：The prevalence rate of pressure sore of the control group （21.66%） was significantly higher than that of the experimental group （3.33%） （p〈0.01）.Conclusions：The practice of using 50% red alcohol with Sanma air bed and turning interval makes the nursing objectives clear,and measures appropriate,which effectively prevents prediction of pressure sore and reduces prevalence of pressure sore,saves manpower,lessens the pain of patients and costs less,and actually improves their living qualities.
