摘 要:目的 评估MR泌尿系造影对尿路梗阻性病变的诊断价值。方法 3 10例用重T2WI快速自旋回波 (FSE)序列作MR泌尿系造影 ,采集资源影像后作最大信号强度投影 (MIP)处理。发现 15 7例为梗阻性尿路扩张。结果 15 7例梗阻性尿路扩张包括 :输尿管癌 2 0例 ,输尿管结石 3 1例 ,输尿管良性狭窄 3 3例 ,先天性狭窄 4 8例 ,外在性病变致梗阻 10例 ,膀胱病变致梗阻 15例。MR泌尿系造影均清楚显示尿路影像 ,能确定有无梗阻 ,展示梗阻端的形态和特征 ,对梗阻水平的定位及梗阻原因的定性均有较高的正确性。结论 MR泌尿系造影是安全有效的非侵袭性影像检查方法 ,特别适用于静脉肾盂造影 (IVP)禁忌证和肾功能丧失者 ,此技术能成为泌尿系疾病诊断中有用的补充手段。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance urography (MRU) Methods 310 patients were examined with heavy T 2 weighted fast spin echo pulse sequence to acquire image and postprocedure processing was performed with maxmium intensity projection (MIP) algorithm Presence of urinary tract obstruction was detected in 157 patients Results In 157 patients with urinary tract obstructive disorders, there were: ureteral carcinoma (20), calculus (31), benign stricture (33), congenital ureteral stricture (48), ureteral obstruction caused by extrinsic diseases (10), bladder disorder (15) MR urography provided high resolution image of the urinary tract capable of determining the presence, degree , level, and cause of the obstruction Conclusions MR urography is a safe, and noninvasive, and highly efficient method for detecting urinary tract obstructive disorders
