摘　　要：司法考试对法学专业学生来说意义重大。能否通过司法考试,在新时期新形势下,已经成为大学法学教育是否成功、大学法学院是否具有竞争力的重要标准。本文将从司法考试的内涵为切入点,阐述司法考试与法学教育的关系,围绕什么是司法考试、法学专业学生为什么要通过司法考试以及法学专业学生如何通过司法考试的相关性问题进行论述,希望对法学专业学生通过司法考试有所帮助。The national judicial examination means a lot to legal science specialized students. Passed it has been an inportant standard of successful of college legal science education and competitiveness of the college of legal science. This thesis starts with the connotation of the national judicial examination,studeies the relationship of the national judicial examination and legal science education,and the ralationship of the national judicial examination and legal science major students.
