摘　　要：高校学生党建工作的核心任务是为党和国家培养社会主义建设者和可靠接班人。随着社会的不断进步与发展,高校学生党建工作面临着新的问题和挑战,作为培养大学生党员的基层组织——学生党支部,必须从自身的改革与完善出发,坚持原则,不断创新,构建一支有活力的学习型党支部,才能确保学生党员的培养质量,发挥党支部的战斗堡垒作用。The central task of Party building in colleges and universities is to cultivate qualified socialism builders and reliable successors both for the Party and the country.With constant progress and development of the society,Party building work of college students facing new problems and challenging,students Party branch as the primary organization of training college students Party members,it should start from their own reform and perfection,adhere to principles and invention and to construct an viable learning Party branch in order to make sure quality of college Party members and to play a fortress role of Party branch.
