摘　　要：地方性高校实验室建设中提高实验室管理人员工作专业素养、工作积极性、工作效率是至关重要的。通过调查显示:目前地方性高校实验室管理人员工作素养有所欠缺、工作积极性低、工作效率不高,针对现存问题进行了分析。It is very important to improve the professional ability,work enthusiasm and work efficiency of the laboratory managers in the process of local college laboratory constructions. An investigation suggests that at present the laboratory managers in local colleges are lack of professional ability,work enthusiasm and work efficiency. An analyst on the occurring problems is presented.
