介孔材料固载的氯铟酸离子液体用于催化合成二苯甲烷

摘　　要：合成1-三甲氧基硅烷丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯-InCl3并将其嫁接到纯硅MCM-41上,制备了MCM-41介孔材料固载的氯铟酸离子液体.以X射线小角衍射、氮气吸附-脱附、红外光谱、热失重及等离子原子发射光谱对所得材料进行了表征.结果表明氯铟酸离子液体已经成功地固载到了介孔材料上,且在固载过程中介孔材料的骨架未受到大的损害.所合成的固体酸催化剂在苄氯和苯合成二苯甲烷的Friedel-Crafts反应中显示了较好的催化活性,且对水不敏感,可以重复使用.Chloroindate ionic liquid is immobilized on MCM-41-type mesoporous silica via a two-step process,in which 1-trimethoxysilylpropyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride-InCl3 is synthesized firstly and successively grafted onto siliceous MCM-41.The immobilized ionic liquids are characterized by means of small-angle X-ray diffraction,nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurement,fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis and inductively coupled plasma.The obtained results indicate that the chloroindate ionic liquid moieties are grafted on the mesoporous silica successfully and that the support retained its structural integrity during the immobilization process.The synthesized solid acidic catalysts show good performance in the Friedel-Crafts benzylation reaction of benzyl chloride with benzene.More importantly,the immobilized acidic ionic liquid presented here is not sensitive to water and,thus,is reusable.
