摘  要:用碘量法测定水中溶氧量和乌龟单位时间耗氧量,用全自动生化分析仪和血气分析仪检测缺氧潜水的巴西龟血样.发现:(1)温度对乌龟缺氧潜水生存有极显著的影响(t=3.201 9**);乌龟在隔绝外来氧的水环境中(30℃、7 L)能存活约30 h,生存极限的水中溶氧量约为1.458 mg/L.(2)巴西龟血清中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)和肌酸激酶同工酶(CKMB)活性比人体分别高出几十倍至几百倍.(3)缺氧潜水时,巴西龟血清中肌酸激酶活性降低,肌酸激酶同工酶活性升高,血糖(BGlu)含量升高,三者与对照组比较差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01).(4)缺氧潜水时,巴西龟血清中钙、镁离子浓度升高,血液pH值有规律地逐渐降低.(5)龟血的携氧能力约为人类的2倍.这些结果显示,巴西龟在缺氧逆境中具有特殊的能量平衡、酸碱平衡和抗氧化应激机制,这些生理生化特性也许与龟类的长寿有关.这为运动医学研究和探索抗衰老医学相关的生理生化机制提供了有价值的参考.The blood samples of red-eared sliders(Trachemys scripta) were assayed with the automatic biochemical analyzer and blood gas analyzer,and the results are as follows:(1)Temperature had highly significant effect on turtles' respiration(t=3.201 9**).Turtles could survive about 30 h in the water(30 ℃,7 L) till aquatic oxygen content was approximately 1.458 mg/L.(2)Activities of creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyem(CKMB) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the red-eared sliders' blood serum were much higher than human by over hundred times.(3)During submergence,CK activity decreased,but CKMB activity and the concentration of blood glucose increased,which all reached high significance to the control.(4)During anoxic submergence, and rose up,but blood pH was regularly reduced.(5)The oxygen content in the blood of red-eared sliders was about two times of human.These results suggest that red-eared slider has a possibly advanced energy balancing,acid-base balancing and anti-anoxic mechanisms,which may be related with the particular longevity of this animal.Such bio-physical advantages may provide valuable information to the fields of sport medicine and anti-aging medicine.
