摘  要:利用集成了A/D转换器、CAN控制器以及D/A转换器的高性能单片机C8051F040为控制核心,设计了一种基于光电离原理的用于检测挥发性有机化合物的气体检测器。该检测器的电离室主要是由3个绝缘片叠加而成,其中安放3个电极片用来提供偏置电场和收集离子,从而产生微电流;微弱信号检测电路选用高精度运算放大器ICL7650作为前置放大器,将微电流转化成电压并放大,从而便于单片机采集。该检测器具有携带方便、测量范围宽、检测精度高、检出限低、响应快等特点,可以满足作业现场的实时连续检测。With the high performance MCU—C8051F040 which integrated A/D converter, CAN controller and D/A convertor as the control unit,the gas detector for detecting volatile organic compounds based on photoionization principle was designed.Its ionization chamber was mainly formed by the superposition of three insulating films,of which there were three electrodes placed to provide bias electric field and collect ions,resulting in micro-current.The weak signal detection circuit selected high-precision operational amplifier ICL7650 as a pre-amplifier which can convert micro-current into voltage and amplify it,so as to facilitate the microcontroller to collect.The dterctor has many advantages,such as convenient carry,wide measuring range,high detection precision,low detection limit,fast response and so on.So it can meet the real-time continuous detection in operation site.
