摘　　要：针对电机和操作室远距离连接时监控变频器不便的情况,研发了远程控制器,通过变频器远程控制器的双串口,利用工控领域通用协议Modbus通信协议,把变频器和控制系统连接起来,以主从机的方式通过RS-485总线联网构成分布式系统控制多台变频器,达到过程数据、电动机运行状况实时监控的目的。阐述了基于Modbus协议的变频器远程控制器的硬件组成与软件设置及其特点应用。For the inconvenient operation of the motor and operating room,this paper developed a remote controller,used the Modbus communication protocol through the double serial port,connected the inverter and the control system.In the way of host-slaver through the RS-485 bus network constitutes a distributed system control of multiple inverters,and achieved the process data,electric motor movement conditions real-time monitoring goal.The paper elaborated based on the Modbus communication protocol remote controller＇s hardware composition and the software establishment and the characteristic application.
