摘　　要：智能温度控制器是以二次网供水温度为主要研究对象,通过温度传感器测量二次网供水温度和室外温度,利用热力网经验公式,通过参数计算出设定值。采用自适应温度控制PID调节,通过改变一次网与二次网接口的调节阀,自动实现调节阀的开度量。根据实际工况环境有效控制供水量,在实现热网流量的合理配置的同时,既减小了资源的浪费,又提高了企业的经济效益,达到资源的合理利用。Intelligent temperature controller takes a second network of water supply temperature as the main object of study.The temperature sensors measure the water temperature of secondary network and outdoor temperature,using empirical formulas of thermal network to calculate setting values.Taking advantage of self-adaptivePID regulation controls the control valve open automatically,by changing the value of the relay valve between the first network and second network.According to the actual working environment control the water supply conditions effectively.The intelligent temperature controller,in the realization of the rational allocation of heating network traffic,both reducing theresources waste,and boosting economic efficiency of enterprises,achieves rational use of resources.
