时间分辨对比剂技术的MRA在脊髓动静脉畸形中的应用

摘  要:目的通过3.0 TMRI检查,探讨时间分辨对比剂技术的磁共振血管造影在脊髓动静脉畸形诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析10例脊髓动静脉畸形患者的时间分辨对比剂技术血管成像,所有患者均使用8通道相控阵列线圈。结果髓内3例,髓周5例,硬膜外2例。10例中8例可见明显迂曲的流空血管影。经Gd-DTPA增强扫描,9例见异常迂曲血管强化;10例均可见引流静脉,6例见供血动脉。结论时间分辨对比剂技术的血管造影能够很好地显示脊髓动静脉畸形类型和范围及供血动脉和引流静脉。Objective To explore the clinical value of magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) with time-resolved imaging of contrast kinetics(TRICKS) in the diagnosis of spinal arteriovenous malformations(AVM) with 3.0 T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Methods Retrospective study of 10 cases with spinal AVM confirmed by TRICKS MRA was conducted.All patients were examined with 8 phased-array coil.Results 10 cases with AVMs were recruited in the study,including 3 cases of intramedullary AVMs,5cases of perimedullary AVM and 2cases of epidural AVM.Among the 10 cases,clearly tortuous flow-void blood vessels were indicated in 8 cases.Through enhancement of Gd-DTPA,abnormal tortuous enhancement blood vessels were shown in 9 cases.Draining veins were revealed in all 10 cases and feeding arteries in 6 cases.Conclusion TRICKS MRA can clearly demonstrate the type and extent of spinal arteriovenous malformation,feeding arteries and draining veins.
