二仙汤对青春期肥胖雄性大鼠生长发育的早期干预作用

摘  要:目的:探讨二仙汤(EXD)对青春期肥胖大鼠发育迟缓的早期干预作用。方法:采用高脂饲料喂养大鼠6周建立肥胖大鼠模型,分别以1.0、2.0、4.0g/kg EXD早期干预7周,测量体重,体长,计算Lee's指数,称睾丸重量,计算脏器系数,睾丸组织显微观察,采用放射免疫法测定血清T、E2。结果:与空白对照组对比,EXD组大鼠体重、体长、Lee's指数、睾丸重量、T均明显改善;而各组大鼠E2均无显著性差异;正常对照组和EXD组大鼠睾丸生精小管发育正常,空白对照组部分大鼠睾丸生精小管出现异常。结论:高脂饲料能抑制大鼠生长发育,而二仙汤能有效改善营养型肥胖大鼠生长发育。Objective: We aim to evaluate potential activity of Erxian Decoction(EXD) in male rats with delayed puberty induced by obesity.Methods: Delayed puberty model of male Sprague-Dawley(SD) rats were established with high-fat diet and were treated by EXD extract for 7 weeks.Body weight,body length,Lee's index,testis weight,Serum testosterone(T) and estradiol(E2) were determined.Results: Body weight,body length,Lee's index,testes weight and testosterone of the EXD groups were significantly improved,compared with those of high-fat model group(p0.05).E2 of all groups were non-significance of difference(P0.05).Conclusion: EXD extract is effective to improve sexual developmental inhibition caused by diet-induced obesity.
