摘　　要：医源性食管穿孔是由外科手术、内镜介入等医疗操作引起的严重事件,其传统的治疗方法是外科手术修复.应用覆膜食管支架置入术治疗食管穿孔可有效地封堵瘘口,从而避免外科手术对患者的打击.Esophageal perforation during endoscopy or surgery can be a devastating event.Traditional therapy for iatrogenic esophageal perforation involves surgical repair of the esophagus.Esophageal stent placement provides a safer alternative for patients with iatrogenic esophageal perforation.
