摘　　要：通过对Y字型跖骨并6趾畸形足的体质观测和X线影像综合考察,发现足明显增宽128.10 mm(100.10±0.23mm),第1-4跖趾无异常,第5跖骨中部呈"Y"字形分支。其内侧赘生支细长(最小直径7.66 mm,长26.20 mm),第5趾可能为多趾,但仍有趾长伸肌腱配置,第6趾为正常序列分布,结果分析本例标本为左足"Y"字形第5跖骨并6趾显性遗传畸形。By Y-shaped metatarsal and six toed deformity foot physical observation and X-ray comprehensive survey,found that significantly widened enough to 128.10 mm（100.10 ± 0.23 mm）,no abnormal of plantar 1-4,the central of the plantar 5 was presented a ＂Y ＂shaped branch.The slender medial supernumerary branch（minimum diameter 7.66 mm,length 26.20 mm）,the plantar 5 may be polydactyly,but there is still a long toe extensor tendon configuration,6 toe is normal sequence distribution,the results of analysis of the specimens was left foot ＂Y＂-shaped 6 foot with 5 metatarsal and dominant genetic abnormality.
