摘　　要：本文以中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫病预防控制所为例,在对寄生虫病预防控制方向紧缺人才情况的调查与分析的基础上,针对性地提出了紧缺人才的培养方法及完善配套机制的建议。Based on the investigation and analysis on the situation of short supply of talented personnel in the parasitic diseases control and prevention in National Institute of Parasitic Diseases Control and Prevention,Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention（NIPD,CDC）,some suggestions pointing at training methods and improving the related system were raised.
