摘　　要：论述了精神病医院的部门构成及功能模式,阐述了生活疗法部与社会复归部在精神病医院中的重要作用。通过对两个具有代表性的日本精神病医院的详细分析,论述了住院部病区划分的有效途径、空间与环境设计手法、向地域社会的开放方式以及高层精神病医院的布局方法。This paper aims at discussing the department structure,function pattern,and the importance of department of life therapy and the department of social rehabilitation in psychiatric hospitals.The effective ways to classify the psychiatric ward,optimal design approaches for space and environment, open styles to the community,layout method of high-rise psychiatric ward are analyzed in detail by case studies of two typical psychiatric hospitals in Japan.At last,detailed design of doors,windows,toilets and isolation rooms in psychiatric hospitals have also been discussed.
