摘　　要：遗址作为保护与展示对象,包含着诸多信息要素,其中具有遗址历史文化内涵的信息体现了遗址的历史性和现代价值。遗址保护工程设计需要解读和转译这些信息。解读是获取设计灵感的过程,而转译则是一个再创造的过程。本文通过解析"扬州城南门遗址保护工程",较好地解决遗址文化信息的解读与转译问题,探讨如何有效地实现遗址保护工程设计与遗址文化内涵的关联性,从而充分实现遗址本体保护与展示功能。As the focus attention of preservation and display to Ruins Museum,ruins contain mass information.Those factors,which are full of historical and cultural connotations,reflect the historic significances and modernity of ruins.Preservation Project of Ruins requires for interpreting and translating of information.This research topic will aim at analyzing on comparatively well realized cultural interpretation and translation of ruins in ＂Preservation Project of South Gate Ruins of Yangzhou City Wall＂,and discussing about how to emphasize the relationship between design strategies and ruins connotations.
