摘 要:开裂问题是混凝土工程百余年来未能很好解决的技术难题.近年出现的低热微膨胀混凝土在限制条件下以其合适的膨胀,来补偿部分或全部导致开裂的收缩,从而减轻或避免了混凝土的开裂.以低热微膨胀混凝土的补偿收缩原理为基础,根据弹性理论及弹性徐变理论,应用有限元增量法建立了预压应力仿真分析的数值模型;依照文中的理论和方法,对黄河某枢纽工程大坝基础坝块、岸坡坝段及隧洞衬砌等分别进行了预压应力仿真计算,得到了低热微膨胀混凝土在不同约束时的预压应力大小及变化规律,这对微膨胀混凝土在水利水电工程中的应用是很有意义的,The crack puzzle for concrete engineering has not been solved successfully over one hundredyears. Recently, the low-heat micro-expansive concrete in a moderate expansion under some restrictions can beused to compensate the contract length partly or totally due to the cracks in concrete. In this paper,based onthe compensation-contract principle in low-heat micro-expansive concrete, in connexion with elasticity theoryand elastic-creep theory, the numerical emulation model for precompressed stresses is given in finite element in-cremental method. Finally, the magnitude and variation feature in different restraints for low-heat micro-ex-pansive concrete are obtained. Apparently,it is of considerable interest in the application of low-heat micro-ex-pansive concrete in hydro-electric engineering.
