摘  要:缘于人类影响和其他因素,空气菌类(真菌和细菌)大量存在于城市环境中,其中的少数种类会影响人类健康,提高城市环境质量是控制空气菌类种类和数量的有效途径之一。城市绿地在提高城市环境质量的过程中作用显著。研究实验中,在北京奥林匹克森林公园内外选定样点和对照点,并在2009年4月、7月、10月以及2010年1月连续测定。结果表明,公园内样点的空气菌类不仅在数量上与对比样点存在较大差异,其本身的变化也具有较明显的季节和日变化规律。另外,郁闭度较高的阔叶林和针叶林对其群落空间内菌类数量的影响较大,植被的郁闭度高有利于增加空间中真菌浓度,却对细菌浓度有消减作用,与此同时,阔叶树种和针叶树种能够发挥杀菌作用的季节也不同。本研究结果将有利于开展对城市绿地的综合生态效益评价。As a result of human impact and other factors, a large number of funguses (airborne bacteria airborne fungi) exist in the air, and the minority of those can influence human health. Then improving the quality of urban environment is one of the effective methods to control the kinds and amounts of funguses. Because of large number of plants, urban green space plays important roles in improving environment. In this paper, the sampling plots and control plots were chosen and the concentration of airborne bacteria and fungi were measured in clear day of April, July, October of 2009 and January of 2010. The results indicated that those sampling plots of Beijing Olympic Forest Park were significantly different from those controls which represented area out of the park. Furthermore, the concentration of funguses has apparent characteristics of seasonally and daily. Moreover, broad-leaved forest and coniferous forest have significantly affected the quantity of funguses, and meanwhile, the season that two forests can affect funguses was different. Furthermore, the results of the research are contributed to evaluate integrated vegetation ecological benefits of urban green space.
