摘 要:目的:研究脑干中缝苍白核黑素皮素能系统在能量代谢调节中的作用.方法:以免疫组织化学法检测黑素皮素能神经纤维在中缝苍白核内的分布;将黑素皮素4受体激动剂(α-MSH)/拮抗剂(AgRP)微量注入中缝苍白核观察其对耗氧量及进食的影响.结果:α-MSH能神经终末密集分布于中缝苍白核内,未见AgRP能神经终末.中缝苍白核注射黑素皮素4受体激动剂MTII可增加小鼠的耗氧量,并抑制大鼠进食;将黑素皮素4受体拮抗剂SHU9119注入中缝苍白核可使大鼠进食量增高.结论:中缝苍白核内表达黑素皮素4受体的神经元接受来自脑内黑素皮素能神经元的投射,参与机体对能量代谢和进食的调节.Objective: To study the role in the regulation of energy balance of the melanocortin signals in the raphe pallidus (RPa). Methods: With immunohistoehemistry, cvmelanoeyte-stimulating hormone (a-MSH)-immunoreactive (IR) fibers and agouti-related proteirrIR (AgRP-IR) fibers in the RPa were investigated. Oxygen consumption and food intake was measured following RPa mieroinjeetion of the MCAR agonist MTII and antagonist SHU9119 in rodents Results: α-MSH-IR fibers were densely distributed in the RPa, and AgRP-IR terminals were not observed. Microin]ection of MTII into the RPa dose-dependently stimulated oxygen consumption and inhibited feeding; whereas mieroinjeetion of SHU9119 enhaneed feeding. Conclusion: These data suggest that RPa MCAR neurons play a major role in the coordinating regulation of energy balance
