摘 要:采用电化学测试和高低温交变湿热试验主要研究了轧制后和退火后的钢板的耐蚀性,分析了钢板表面清洁度对耐蚀性的影响,并探讨了实际生产过程中的影响因素.结果表明:轧制后的钢板的耐蚀性明显好于退火后的钢板;表面残留物明显地影响了轧制后钢板的耐蚀性分布的均匀性,清洗后的钢板的耐蚀性更好;退火后的钢板表面耐蚀性均匀性较差,清洗的钢板耐蚀性较未清洁的钢板更好;冷轧板表面清洁度问题是由原料—轧制—退火—储存过程中多因素的变量构成的,并直接影响其耐蚀性能.The corrosion resistance of the rolling and annealing cold-rolled steel was researched by electrochemical test and alternated temperature-humidity test,a careful analysis of the influence of cleanness on corrosion resistance was done,the influence factors of practice produce process was discussed.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the rolling cold-rolled steel is better than the annealing cold-rolled steel;Rolling oil on surface of the steel obviously affects homogenization of the corrosion resistance of the rolling steel,the corrosion resistance of the rolling steel after oil removing is better;The homogenization of the corrosion resistance of the annealing steel is poor,the corrosion resistance of the annealing steel after oil removing is better than that without oil removing;The effect of the cleanness was composed of multivariate variable factors during the material-rolling-annealing-reserving process.
