摘　　要：干硬性混凝土以其水灰比小,密实性好,节约水泥用量等优点而被广泛应用于预制混凝土构件中.本文以干硬性混凝土在北京福安建材有限公司的应用为例,对干硬性混凝土的配合比设计,SP预应力空心板的生产工艺,混凝土产品质量的控制,以及SP预应力空心板的常见质量问题及预防措施做一个较系统的分析.The nonplastic concrete is widely used in precast concrete components owing to its advantages of small water-cement ratio,good compactness,saving cement and so on.In this article,application of the nonplastic concrete in Beijing Fu An Building Materials Company is mentioned as an example to explain the mix design,the technique of SP prestressing board,and the quality control of the nonplastic concrete.Some common quality problems and corresponding preventing solutions are also discussed.
