创伤性脑疝后双侧枕叶脑梗死伴Anton综合征一例报道

摘　　要：文章报道1例创伤性脑疝后双侧枕叶脑梗死伴Anton综合征病例。术后早期因患者无视物障碍主诉而未予视觉功能情况检查,术后3周余查体发现眼球固定、双眼上视,颅脑CT及MRI确诊为双侧枕叶脑梗死。予脱水、营养神经及高压氧等治疗,效果欠佳。文章结合文献,对该病例的相关问题进行探讨。This paper reported a case of bilateral occipital lobe infarction combined with Anton syndrome after traumatic cerebral herniation.The patient did not receive early postoperative visual function examinations due to no complaint of visual dysfunction.Three weeks after operation,fixed eyeballs and upward gaze were found during physical examination,and bilateral occipital lobe infarction was revealed by CT and MRI.The patient was then managed with dehydration,neurotrophy and hyperbaric oxygen treatment,while the effect was limited.On basis of literature review,some issues related to this case were discussed
