摘　　要：近年来,全基因组关联研究在复杂疾病遗传学方面取得了巨大成功.作为一种典型的复杂疾病,2型糖尿病也是重要的研究热点.本文就全基因组关联研究及其在2型糖尿病的应用进行综述.Abstract：Recently, genome-wide association study （GWAS）has achieved great success in illuminating genetic basis of complex diseases. GWAS of type 2 diabetes is regarded as a paradigm of genetic dissection of complex human diseases, which are caused by both genetic and environmental factors. Some basic facts of GWAS,as well as implementation of GWAS in type 2 diabetes, are reviewed in this article.
