摘 要:利用双光束激光焊接适应性好,焊接过程稳定等优点来改善单束激光焊接在不等厚板拼焊中的适应性,提高焊接质量。采用双光束激光对板厚为1.4mm和0.8mm的不等厚钢板进行拼焊试验。首先对不等厚板双光束激光焊接的熔化特性进行了研究。研究了光束能量比、光束作用位置和有效光束尺寸对焊缝成形的影响。对不等厚板双光束激光焊接的应力应变场进行分析研究,结果表明,不等厚板拼焊后的残余应力应变场分布不对称,薄板一边整体变形大于厚板一边。In order to improve the gap adaptability and welding quality of single beam laser welding, dual beam laser welding was used to weld different thickness plates. Dual beam laser welding of butt joint with different thickness plates (1.4ram and 0.8mm) was performed in this study. The influences of dual beam laser energy ratio, position of dual beam laser focused and effective beam size of dual laser on weld characteristics were carried out. The stress-strain fields of dual beam laser welding of different thickness plates were investigated. The results indicate that the distributions of the stress-strain are asymmetric and the holistic deformations of thinner plate are larger than that of thicker plate.
