摘  要:目的 研发一种快速、简便、微量的血吸虫病诊断试剂.方法 应用胶体金免疫层析法(GICA),经血吸虫病粪检阳性患者和健康人不同血清用量的测试,选择最佳血清用量,建立快速诊断血吸虫病的新方法.结果 GICA快速诊断血吸虫病最佳血清用量为10μL,检测血吸虫病敏感性和特异性分别达到93.2%和95.0%,Youden指数为0.882,检测结果与斑点金免疫渗滤法及间接血凝试验比较,三者差异无统计学意义(x2=1.339、1.049,P>0.05).结论 应用GICA快速诊断血吸虫病,不仅具有试剂敏感、特异,且血清用量少,操作简便,更适合于血吸虫病流行病学调查及现场应用.Objective To establish a rapid, simple and microcontent diagnosis for Schistosoma japonicum.Methods The Colloidal Gold-Immunochromatographic Assay(GICA)was developed through detecting on the positive serum of schistosomiasis japonica and healthy people respectively. The new method was based on the optimal condition which was selected after analyzing the different volume serum for detection. Results The 10 μL volume was optimal for detection. The sensitivity and specificity of GICA for detecting schistosomiasis japonica was 93.2% and 95.0% respectively, the Youden index was 0.882, and there was no statistical difference among GICA, Indirect Hemagglutination Assay and Dot Immuno-gold Filtration Assay ( x2 = 1.339, 1.049, P > 0.05). Conclusions GICA is used to diagnose Schistosoma japonicum rapidly. It is not only sensitive and specific, but also using less serum sample. This new method is a simple way and more suitable for the epidemiological investigation and field application of Schistosoma japonicum.
