摘 要:薄板钎焊结构具有变形小、质量轻等优点而具有广阔的应用前景,但未钎透等焊接缺陷的存在严重影响薄壁钎焊结构的使用安全。针对常规超声很难实现薄壁结构钎焊接头焊接缺陷定位、定量的问题,采用可变角度探头激发出不同模式的Lamb波对模拟试块和焊接接头进行检测。试验结果表明,槽类模拟试块最佳检测模式为A_0模式,实际钎焊结构的最佳模式为A_1模式。分析了出现这种现象的原因并通过试验进行了验证。brazed strcture of thin plate has greatly wide application prospect because of its small deformation and light weight.But defects such as incomplete penetration seriously threat the safety of structure.The positioning of the defects and ratiom is very difficult with conventional ultrasonic. For such a problem,the lamb wave with different modes were usedto test artificial defects and actual welding specimens with probe which can change angle of incidence.The result shows that the best mode to test the slot artificial defects is A_0.while for the actual welding defects,it is is A1.This phenomenon was anaiyzed and the corresponding experiments were carried out to validate it.
