变应性鼻炎变应原特异性舌下含服免疫治疗1年疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评估变应原特异性舌下含服免疫治疗(sublingual immunotherapy,SLIT)变应性鼻炎(AR)1年的疗效及安全性。方法 60例AR患者随机分为2组,SLIT组(n=30),对症治疗基础上加SLIT;对照组(n=30),仅对症治疗。结果 SLIT组患者的鼻炎症状评分、对症用药量较对照组明显减少(t分别为2.79和2.91,P均<0.01)。SLIT组总体疗效、发作严重程度、发作频率改善分别为96.7%、93.3%、93.3%,对照组分别为50.0%、40.0%、43.3%,自我疗效评估较对照组有显著改善(χ2分别为16.7、19.2、17.3,P均<0.01),治疗组无严重不良事件发生。结论 SLIT螨诱导的AR安全有效。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the safety and efficacy of sublingual immunotherapy（SLIT）for one year in patients with allergic rhinitis.METHODS Sixty patients were randomly assigned to two groups： SLIT group and control group.The 30 patients in SLIT group received sublingual immunotherapy and antiallergic therapy,and the another 30 patients in control group just received antiallergic therapy.RESULTS The rhinitis symptom scores and the dose of antiallergic medications in SLIT group was much less than those in control group（P0.01）,meanwhile the self-assessment of efficacy in SLIT group improved significantly than that in control group（P0.01）.No severe side effects occurred.CONCLUSION SLIT is an effective and safe method for allergic rhinitis induced by mite.
