城市社区——中观宜居环境研究——从湘潭市昭山仰天湖地段建设规划的实践谈起

摘　　要：本文提出了城市的宜居环境三个层次的建设目标,即宏观层次的"宜居城市"建设、中观层次的"宜居社区"建设和微观的"宜居住宅"建设;结合湘潭市昭山仰天湖地段建设规划的实践,论述了中观层次的"宜居社区"环境建设在交通与基础设施建设、景观环境建设和人文氛围营造、建筑群体布置及建筑形象、物业管理及后续服务建设等四个方面的建设目标及要求。This paper proposes the city suitably occupied the environment three levels the construction target, namely the macroscopic level ＂suitably occupied the city ＇＂ the construction, center the view level ＂suitably the occupied society area ＂the construction and microscopic＂ suitably occupies the housing＂ the construction, combining the land sector construction plan practice of Zhaoshan Mountain and Yangtian Lake in Xiangtan city. It analyzes four aspects construction goals and the request in center view level ＂suitably the occupied society area ＂environment construction, such as the traffic and the infrastructure const：uction, the landscape environment construction and the hu- manities atmosphere buildings, the construction community arrangement and the construction image, the property management and the following service construction and so on＇.
