摘　　要：基于应对全球气候变化和建设低碳城市的需求,在低碳经济和低碳社会发展全面启动的背景下,探讨CBD新区规划设计中的低碳理念。该文首先从CBD对城市系统碳循环的影响及其社会经济属性出发,分析低碳导向下CBD新区规划建设中的潜力与模式;其次以主客体发展规律为研究依托,探讨低碳导向下CBD新区规划设计的本质内涵;最后,提出面向低碳的CBD新区规划设计的相关策略。Based on the needs of response to global climate change and building low-carbon city, in the context of developing low-carbon economy and society comprehensive, low-carbon concept in new CBD planning and design is discussed. First of all starting from CBD’s effect to carbon cycle of urban system and socio-economic features, capacity and pattern of low-carbon-oriented new CBD planning and constructing are investigated; second relied on development discipline of subject and object, essential meaning of low-carbon-oriented new CBD planning and design is proposed; finally the related strategies are obtained.
