摘　　要：俄罗斯风情园是绥芬河市的旧城改造项目,其商业中心区位于整个园区的西部。该设计方案集餐饮、娱乐、商业、办公为一体,强调活动的多元性、土地的复合性和街区开发的完整性,力求集聚人气,并带动整个地区的经济复兴。The Russian-style Park is an urban redevelopment project in Suifenhe City.Its commercial district is located in the western part of the park.The scheme sets catering,entertainment,business,office as a whole,emphasizes the diversity of activity,compound development of the land and the integrity of neighborhoods.It is aimed to strive to gather popularity and promote the economic revitalization of the entire region.
