摘　　要：提出一种将一个或多个压力传感器置入油罐、水罐、粉罐、粒罐内，使物料直接压在压力传感器上，经与多个测量阈值比较后得出测量结果的数字化测量方法。核心电路元器件为厚膜静压力传感器、多路模拟开关、Ａ／Ｄ转换和单片机，先进性在于物料直接测量的独特方法。This paper introduces a kind of digital measuring method by setting one or many sensors inside the tank of oil, water, powder or grain and to gain the result by compare the measure result with the numbers stored in the computer. The advantage of the method is directly measuring the material.
