摘 要:减水剂与水泥之间的相容性是现代混凝土生产与施工所必须考虑的问题,也是水泥生产企业应该关注的问题。本文研究了两种高效减水剂对不同企业生产的水泥的相容性,研究了掺不同混合材时水泥与减水剂的相容性。结果表明,同一种水泥与不同减水剂之间的相容性不一样;同一种减水剂与不同厂家的水泥之间的相容性也不一样;各种混合材对减水剂的适应性也有较大的差距。分析了影响水泥与高效减水剂相容性的因素。The adaptability of superplasticizers and cement is a question have to be considered in modern concrete production and construction. It is also a problem need to be paid a great attention for cement producers. In this article, the adaptability of two high-efficiency superplasticizers with the cement produced from different plants, the adaptability of superplasticizer and cement added with different mixtures have been studied. The results shows that there is a difference on adaptability between one type cement with different superplasticizers, and same results between one superplasticizer and different cements. There is also a great disparity on the adaptability of superplasticizer with each mixture. The factor which influence the adaptability of cement and high-efficiency superplasticizer have been analysised. Key words:Cement Superplasticizer Adaptability Flowing Statusd out using crude coking diesel oil to extract phenol.The experimental results show that the optimum extraction conditions are as follows:pH 7.0~8.5,temperature 15~40℃,1.7~2.1 of volumetric ratio of oil/water and 4~7 theoretic extraction stages.Under the above conditions,the mass concentration of phenol in effluent is 50 mg/L. The used crude diesel oil is carried to hydrofining unit in the refinery.
