摘  要:通过静态吸附试验比较与Crittenden 计算模型分析,选择GH—16 型粒状活性炭对北京高碑店污水处理厂二级出水进行深度处理试验。结果表明:GH—16 型活性炭的净化效果存在阈值,约25 % 的DOC不能被吸附,不被吸附的主要是分子量> 3 000 u 的有机物。对以UV254 表征的有机物去除效果最好,分子量< 1 000 u 的弱极性有机物易被微孔吸附且吸附容量大,对以AOX表征的极性有机物去除效果较差。二级出水经活性炭深度处理,出水的可生化性提高。活性炭柱可运行4 000 床体积,吸附容量为25 mgDOC/g 活性炭。Using the secondary effluent from Gaobeidian Wastewater Treatment Plant, different kinds of granular activated carbon ( GAC)were studied for advanced treatment of the effluent. Results of adsorption isotherrn test and Crittenden model analysis showed : GH - 16 granular activated carbon had the best adsoption efficiency of organic substances characterized by the UV absorbance at 254 nm . The weak - polar organic compounds with molecular weight less than 1 000 u were easily removed and the adsorption capacity was large . On the contrary , those with molecular weight more than 3 000 u were difficult to remove . The effluent from secondary setting tank became more amenable to biological degradation after activaied carbon filtration . GAC bed could run for 4 000 bed volume and the adsorption capacity was 25 mgDOC/g carbon.
