矩阵分析法在建筑企业财务战略制定中的应用

摘　　要：在市场竞争日益激烈的条件下，建筑企业财务战略已成为提高建筑企业素质，增强建筑企业竞争力的有利武器。矩阵分析法是制定建筑企业财务战略的有效方法，可为财务战略的制定提出具体的思路。本文采用ＥＦＥＭ、ＩＦＥＭ、ＳＷＯＴ、ＱＳＰＭ等矩阵分析法来制定建筑企业财务战略可行方案，经过筛选后，确定出最佳财务战略方案。In the condition of sharp market competition, the financial strategy of anchitectural enterpriseshas already been the advantaged arm which improves their stuff and strengthens their competitive ability Thematrix analysis method is an effective method for anchitectural enterprises in constituting their financialstrategy and it can provide a concrete thinking in cooking out the strategy. In this article, the writerconstitutes financial strategy project by methods of EFEM. IFEM. SWOT and QSPM, and then confirms abest project after sifting.
