摘　　要：介绍了由微波倍频器、介质振荡器及微波混频器等组成的高稳定微波源，简述了基本原理，介绍了高稳定微波源的设计方案。试验表明，它具有良好的短期频率稳定度和温漂特性。In this paper,a microwave source with high stability is presented.That made of such as microwave multipliers,dielectric resonator oscillator and microwave mixer.Then the design plan of the microwave soure with high stability is introduced.The results show that it has better short term frequency stability and frequency drife performance with temperature.
