摘  要:以环戊烯和茜素红或茜素黄GG为原料,通过三步化学反应,合成以戊二醛为骨架,在戊二醛的α-C原子上接入环境友好的有色基团茜素红或茜素黄GG,得到了二种多功能皮革化工材料PFTD-1、PFTD-2。它们除了具备戊二醛的鞣革性能外,还是一类含新型活性基团、可用于蛋白质材料(如皮革、丝绸、毛等)着色的活性染料。应用PFTD-1、PFTD-2对皮粉的鞣制—染色实验结果表明,当用量分别为干皮粉质量的4.0%和5.0%时,皮粉DSC曲线的Tp都能达到85℃以上;在染料分子上引入戊二醛后,染料原先的色调不会改变;经过鞣制、染色过的坯皮耐水洗性能优良。Making cyclopentene and alizarine-red or alizarine-yellow as reactants,two simultaneous tanning-dyeing agents PFTD-1,PFTD-2 were synthesized via three-step processes.These novel chemical materials for leather manufacturing were designed by inducing environmental-friendly dyes to α-carbon atoms of glutaraldehyde,therefore,a new type of reactive dye with novel reactive group,which could be applied to protein materials(such as leather,silk,wool,etc),were obtained.The results from the tanning-dyeing experiments by PFTD-1 and PFTD-2 to hide powder and pickled goat pelt indicated that,when the dosage of PFTD-1 and PFTD-2 was 4.0%,5.0% respectively(w/w,based on dry hide powder),both of the Tpfor treated hide powder from DSC analysis could reach 85℃;the original color of dyestuff would not be changed after the inducing of glutaraldehyde;and the washable property of the treated pelt were excellent.
