摘 要:利用活性炭、双氧水对一种新合成的氮-磷系阻燃型复鞣剂进行脱色研究,选择脱色剂用量、脱色pH、脱色温度、脱色时间作为四个影响因素。通过试验得到最佳工艺条件分别为:活性炭用量0.12 g/mL,pH 3.5,脱色温度55℃,脱色时间0.5 h,脱色率可达56.6%;V(双氧水)/V(试样)=1∶2,脱色温度50℃,脱色时间1 h,脱色率可达73.5%;经过活性炭脱色处理后的阻燃复鞣剂在复鞣皮革的手感、丰满度以及柔软度均有不同程度的增加,与空白组相比,皮革的氧指数提高,达到最大烟密度的时间延迟,最大烟密度降低;而经过双氧水脱色的复鞣剂则效果欠佳。Using activate carbon and hydrogen peroxide as decolorants to deal with the novel synthetic phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardanted retanning agent,the decolorant dosage,the pH,the decoloration temperature and the decoloration time were chosen as the influence factors,and the optimal technological conditions were found as follows: activate carbon dosage 0.12 g/mL,pH 3.5,decoloration temperature 55 ℃,and decoloration time 0.5 h,the color removel rate can come up to 56.6%;V(hydrogen peroxide) to V(sample) is 1∶ 2,decoloration temperature 50 ℃,decoloration time 1h,the color removel rate can reach to 73.5%.Utilizing activate carbon to dispose the retanning agent,the handle,fullness and softness of the leather can be improved,compared with the control group,the oxygen index of the leather has increased,and the time to reach the max smoke density is delayed,and the max smoke density is lower,also it is demonstrated that the results of retanning and flame resistance performance with activate carbon are superior to that with hydrogen peroxide.
