摘 要:采用新型结构ABR处理皮革染料废水实验研究,通过监测其出水COD及染料的去除率,考查该ABR的处理性能。实验结果表明反应器能在较短时间内迅速适应并降解染料,随染料浓度的增加COD以及染料去除率保持在90%以上。此外,反应器具有较强的缓冲能力和适应能力,进水水质变化时出水水质基本恒定。这些结论反映出该反应器对于降解染料废水具有很大优势,尤其适合处理成分复杂多变的皮革染料废水,为其以后在处理皮革染色废水领域的应用提供了依据和前提。An experimental study was treated on an anaerobic baffled reactor(ABR) with new structure disposing tannery dyeing wastewater.The ABR's disposing performance was examined by the removal rate of COD and dye.The experimental result indicated that the reactor can adapt to the dye in a short time and remove the dye rapidly.The removal rates of COD and dye can maintain above 90% with the increase rate of dye in water.In addition,the reactor can be quickly adapted to the circumstance and some unexpected changes.The quality of outgoing water can keep stabilization even when the incoming water changes.These conclusions reflected that the reactor has superiority in disposing dye waste water,especially suits to dispose the tannery dyeing wastewater with complicated and diversified components.And the research can also provide the evidence and reason for the ABR to use in the area of tannery dyeing wastewater's disposing.
