摘  要:采用氨基二硫代甲酸钠分光光度法与流动注射分析(FIA)联用,建立了一种快速、简便、高灵敏度且线性范围大的分析水体中微量铜的方法。在阿拉伯树胶粉溶液存在,以氨水为缓冲溶液(pH 9~10),并以吐温80作为增敏剂的最佳优化实验条件下当Cu2+的质量浓度在0.005~4 mg/L时,Cu2+的浓度和对应峰高呈现较好的线性,其线性方程为:y=191.279 x+2.979(R2=0.99991);检出限为0.8749μg/L;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.8832%(200μg/L Cu2+,n=20)。利用本方法测定环境水样中的铜,回收率在95.82%~101.81%之间,结果令人满意。A rapid,simple,sensitive and long linear range method was proposed to determine microscale copper in environmental water based on the combination of DDTC spectrophotometry and Flow Injection Analysis(FIA).Under the best optional experimental condition with the existence of acacia powder,ammonia water as the buffer solution(pH 9-10)and Tween 80 as the sensitizer.The result showed that good linear work curve was obtained by this method to determine copper,the linear ranges were 0.005~4 mg/L,the linear equation was y=91.279 x+2.979(R2=0.99991);the detection limit of this method was 0.8749 μg/L,and relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.8832%(200 μg/L Cu2+,n=20).The result was satisfied using this method to analyze the copper in environmental water,and the range of recovery percentages was from 95.82% to 101.81%.
