摘　　要：地方政府由于担任角色的多重性,致使其在行使权力的过程中体现出多元化利益诉求,具体表现为地方公共利益、地方政府部门利益和地方政府官员利益。随着现代经济社会的飞速发展,地方政府利益有必要赋予新的历史内涵,新政治经济学为分析地方政府利益的内涵及其构成提供了新的视角。Because of the multi-roles in its function,local government stands for multi interests in its governance,including local public interest,sectoral interest of local government and officials' interest in local government.With the rapid development of modern economy and society,it is necessary to add some new historical contents to the interests of local government.New political economics offers new view for us to analyze the meaning and structure of local government's interests.
