摘  要:煤与瓦斯突出是煤矿生产过程中出现的主要事故之一,煤与瓦斯突出危险性预测是防突工作的首要一环。采用基于瓦斯涌出动态变化的非接触式预测技术,运用SPC控制图法对车集煤矿2614掘进工作面62组瓦斯浓度数据的正常值C,峰值P(Cmax),峰值浓度与正常值之比B、2次采掘前后峰值浓度之比4项指标进行处理,得出只有波峰瓦斯浓度P超过0.595 8%同时波峰比P珔>1.330 4时才具有突出危险性的结论。现场试验表明,该方法解决了现有预测方法预测准确率较低的问题,对提高煤与瓦斯突出危险性的准确率具有十分重要的意义。Coal and gas outburst is a main accident during the coal mine production , the outburst prediction is the primary part of out- burst prevention measures, This paper use the prediction of non - contact depending on the technology of the dynamic changes of gas emission , using the SPC control chart at the 2614 coal truck driving face of Juji to deal with the four items: the normal concentration C, the peak P concentration ( Cmax ), the ratio between P and C and the ratio of former and subsequent peak concentration. Coming to the conclusion that it has outburst risk when the peak gas concentration P exceeds 0.5958% and the ratio of former and subsequent peak concentration of mining exceeds 1. 3304. Scene practice tests show that the prediction method solved the problem of low accuracy of existing prediction methods and it has great significance in improving the accuracy of outburst risk of coal and gas.
