摘　　要：该文从教育思想、人才培养目标、专业设置、教学计划、课程设计、工学实践等方面对乌尔姆造型学院设计艺术人才的培养模式进行剖析,进而探究其对我国高职高专艺术设计人才培养方针的启示性。This article researches on the design personnel training pattern of the Germany Hochschule ftir Gestal- tung, Ulm, from the target educating thought, personnel training, the teaching program , curriculum design , labor mimic practice and so on, and then probes into the enlightenment for the design personnel training pattern of higher vocational colleges in our country.
