摘  要:目的:建立快捷、灵敏检测锰(Ⅱ)的催化共振光散射新方法。方法:基于硫酸介质中,锰(Ⅱ)能催化溴酸钾氧化铬天青S(CAS)的反应,使其与溴化十六烷基三甲胺(CTMAB)缔合产生的共振光散射强度减弱,在一定条件下,共振光散射强度减小值与溶液中锰(Ⅱ)浓度成正比,据此建立了一种催化共振光散射分析法测定锰(Ⅱ)的新方法。结果:方法的线性范围为0.02-0.70μg/ml,检出限4.0μg/L,相对标准偏差为1.08-1.39%(n=11),样品加标回收率96.0%-102.7%。结论:方法灵敏度高、精密度好,用于水样、人发中痕量锰的测定,结果满意。Objective: To establish a rapid and sensitive method for the analysis of trace Mn(Ⅱ) by catalytic resonance light scattering method.Methods:The results showed that there was a evident catalytic effect of Mn(Ⅱ) on the oxidation reaction of Chromeazurol S by potassium bromate in sulphuric acid medium.The system appeared the maximum RLS intensity of the CAS-CTMAB at 504 nm,the decreased intensity of RLS was directly proportional to the concentration of Mn(Ⅱ) under certain conditions.Results:The linear range was 0.02~0.70 μg/ml,the detection limit was 4.0 μg/L,the relative standard deviation was between 1.08% and 1.39%(n=11),and the recovery were 96.0%~102.7%.Conclusion:The method has the advantage of simplicity,high sensitivity,and had been applied to the determination of trace Mn^2+ in water,human hair samples to achieve satisfactory results.
